AI Management Assistant

The Kainumai AI Management Assistant helps you to keep track of your strategic and operational tasks at the same time.

STEP 1 : inform your assistant

• Send/forward emails to the AI Management Assistant

  • send/forward what you want, the AI assitant will make sense of it

  • new stuff, or updates

  • short or long

  • Minimum = email subject with {Domain} - {Type} - Subject

    • examples:

      • Subject: Don't forget to send the newsletter before the end of the month

      •  Subject : Marketing - Don't forget to send the Newsletter before the end of the month

      • Subject : Marketing - Action - Don't forget to send the Newsletter before the end of the month

• The AI Management Assistant will structure your input

  • Goals (> 1 year to achieve)

  • Objectives (<1 year)

  • Initiatives (Projects)

  • Actions (smaller todos)

  • Risks

  • Issues

  • Other 

We can specify any information type you like (customer, product, supplier, epic, incident...)

For any item, you can indicate:

• Importance : 0-100 % 

• Urgency : 0-100%

• the business domain: Sales, Marketing, HR (Kainumai defines 22 standard domains)

STEP 2: Receive and read the digest

• every morning, the assistant sends you a summary

• We can customiez the digest for you, let us know how t-you want to be reminded things

STEP3: Reply to the digest

Reply to the digest and add details or commands under the lines you want to update.

Details can be any supplemtary information. Example

"Send the Newsletter before the end of the month"

This must be done by our marketing agency.

Standard commands :

• Close the item (set as done)

• Abandon the item

• Cancel the item

• Archive the item

• set importance very high/ high / medium/ low / very low...

• set urgency very high to very low

• rename the item to {new name}

STEP 4: Ask questions to the assistant

• send a question by email

• or, log into the Asssitant dashboard / chat tab

Other considerations

• You can share an assistant with colleagues

• Don't substitute overflow the assistant for your the complete contents of your project management tools, maiblox, ERPs. Send him only the top50 things that are essentials to your business today
