Strategy review workshops

Take necessary time to review your strategy. 40 hours per year (1 hour per week, or 1/2 day per month or 1 day each quarter…).

Business transformation follow-up

Acting as or with the Business Transformation Office (BTO), we do a recurrent (every x weeks) review of the execution of your strategic plan. Your assumptions and plan are reviewed. Take advantage of new opportunities and counter new threats. Anticipate risks and issues.
